LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
For purchases made by consumers, goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by consumer protection law.
The legal guarantee lasts for two years from delivery of the goods. The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period.
In the event of alack of conformity, consumers have the rights provided by law,including, in the first instance, free repair or replacement. In the cases provided for by law, consumers may also be entitled to a
proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract.
